Michael Saltzman, Managing Principal
Michael, co-owner of Newwork LLC, manages the day-to-day operations of the company utilizing his diverse background in real estate development, planning and architectural design. With expertise in urban redevelopment, town centers, and mixed-use development, Michael has consulted for many of the leading developers in New Jersey in addition to leading his own development projects. He is considered an expert on a variety of real estate issues affecting New Jersey, especially Newark.
- Michael was Director of Urban Design and Development of the Newark office at Hillier where he founded the Newark office and enabled its growth to over 60 employees.
- Master of Real Estate Development/Regional Planning from The Wharton School, and Master of Architecture from The University of Pennsylvania.

Christopher Mustafa Kirwan, Creative Principal
Christopher, co-owner of Newwork LLC, leads the company's international business expansion efforts with a focus on the Middle East, and particularly Dubai. He is a multidisciplinary designer with extensive experience in the fields of architecture, planning, graphics, product, exhibition and new media design. For each project, whether large scale urban planning efforts, or small scale interior, product, branding or web design, Christopher focuses on creating novel, yet efficient design solutions.
- Before moving to NYC in 1995, he worked in several international architectural design offices including Sottsass Associati in Milan, Fitch & Company in London and Machado & Silvetti Architects in Boston.
- Since 1996 he has been adjunct faculty in three departments at Parsons School of Design, and has been visiting faculty at the Harvard Graduate School of Design and The Boston Architectural Center.
- Master of Visual Studies at the MIT Center for Advanced Visual Studies and Bachelors of Arts at Rhode Island School of Design.

Dong-Yun Shin, Head of Newwork Korea
Dong-Yun runs the Newwork Korea office in Seoul, South Korea. He is a multidisciplinary designer who focuses on Place Branding with background in environmental graphic design, brand identity development, interactive design and broadcast design. With his creative concept development capability, high standard design skill, and the comprehensive understanding of various media, Dong-Yun delivers high quality design with solid concept that works for a targeted market.
- Shin has been with Newwork since April 2004. As the company's art director and director of Marketing & Multimedia Division, he worked on Newwork's internal and external projects.
- MFA Design & Technology at Parsons School of Design in The New School University, majored in interactive design and broadcast design.
