Project Description
Sana’a Terraces is a high-end Residential Community being developed by Emirates Investment Group (EIG) which will offer a mix of villas, townhomes, and apartments, along with a private Country Club and other community amenities. The development will support an underserved market consisting of wealthy and business class Yemeni’s, investors, and foreign diplomats working in Sana’a that seek an exclusive, slightly removed residential location that has direct access to key destinations. The site is strategically located on the base of a mountain, with fairly steep terracing and deep ravines that cascade down the hill offering stunning views of the city.
Newwork was hired to be the development manager and oversee and implement every stage of the development process on behalf of EIG. Our team of planners, architects, engineers, and graphic designers completed the Master Plan submission which was presented to the Yemen Investm ent Authority in October, 2008 by EIG/Newwork.
