Project Description
Situated in the center of Jersey City’s largest redevelopment area, the new “Communipaw Lofts” building, with easy access to retail, waterfront activities, transportation and recreation, is an ideal location for new loft construction. Formally zoned as an industrial site used for large vehicle servicing and maintenance, the redevelopment of this former bus depot will entail the demolishment of all existing structures and the remediation of all soil contamination. Located along the eastern edge of the Bergen-Lafayette Neighborhood, this site is only steps from Jersey City’s Liberty State Park, the Liberty Science Center, and the Liberty Station Light Rail stop, which is less than a ten-minute ride to downtown Jersey City with a connection to New York City.
Newwork developed the marketing strategy for the 72 unit Communipaw Lofts and designed web and print marketing materials. The team first conducted a detailed comparable project and benchmark analysis for Jersey City from which the building program was developed. This analysis informed the development of the brand identity for the project. Newwork also created interactive floorplans and a building fly-through, a website, print materials, brochures and large-scale banners.
