In the historic Van Vorst Park District of Jersey City, the opportunity existed for a renovation and rehabilitation of a vacant four-family brownstone. Only blocks from the Hudson River Waterfront and one block from the Grove Street Path Station, the area was in demand as a cost effective alternative to soaring Manhattan prices.
Newwork Real Estate specializes in blending design and lifestyle bringing unique living to emerging urban markets. Our team developed the property into 3 luxury, one-of-a-kind, condo's managing everything from construction to the interior details of each unit. Newwork also raised investor capital, designed a logo and developed the project's identity and subsequent marketing materials as needed throughout the development process. The project was completed in the winter of 2007.
